When can I start my dental plan? |

You can Enroll today. All applications received prior to the 20th of the month will be eligible the first of the following month. Applications received after that date will be effective the first of the next month. |

Can I choose my own dentist? |

Yes, you can choose any dentist that is currently participating with Golden West and that is accepting new members on your plan of choice. |

Can I change providers? |

You can change providers by notifying our office prior to the 20th of any given month to be eligible the first of the following month. |

Can anyone join? |
|
California residents and their dependents are eligible to join. |
